If you move or change your name,
you need to notify Casey College of the changes. It is crucial to keep your address details up-to-date so that your Training Consultant can contact you. This can be done via email or letter to your Training Consultant, failure to advise us of changes may result in additional charges for re-printing of certificates.
In the case of a name change, a certified copy of documentation (for example, Marriage Certificate or Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages or Change of Name Form) must be submitted with the change of details form.
